Firstly thank you for your interest in this download. And bravo to you for wanting to make incredible, everlasting changes. It is not only by far the most work I have put into a fitness download ever, but by a very VERY long way it is the hardest workout/lifestyle change up I have ever created. This will test every part of your soul, it will be intense on your body, but at the same time rewarding for yourself like nothing you've ever done before. It encompasses not only things I have learned from NFL nutritionists, 4 years studying the realm of self development in all life areas, but workouts I have learned from being part of Conor Mcgregor's FAST program. It is everything I have learned about mind and body fitness over the last 5 years.

The idea for 200:impossible was planted in my head recently by a friend who mentioned my workout guides were some of the toughest they had ever completed. We remembered many years ago we both completed 75 hard by Andy Frisella. Whilst 75 hard is still effective for most everyday people, it was a breeze for people who basically do that everyday anyway. We also dug a little deeper with this guide as 75 simply states "this is not a fitness guide, it is a mental challenge" and does not provide workouts or specifics. We capitalised on this and give YOU the actual workouts to do too, reps, sets, when, how, and where! We also give the books to read, meditations to do!
